Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for participants attending events (including festivals, gatherings, trainings, workshops, courses and classes) 

 

You can cancel your reservation up to 45 days before the event starts. Upon canceling, 50% of the event fee and accommodation, would be refunded. No refunds are issued if cancelled less than 45 days before the event. 

After the start date of the event, no refund will be issued.   

 

If we cancel the Festival or Training

If for reasons of our own we have to cancel the event, the total amount would be refunded to you, including all accommodation costs minus an administration fee of €50. 

 

In the unlikely case of a Force Majeure/Act of God event, the producer & Awakeland may cancel any event held at the premises, without any liability or refund towards the purchaser.  

 

Covid Policy

If the event is unable to go ahead and is cancelled and/or you are unable to travel due to government enforced covid-19 travel restrictions, we will offer a full refund, less €50 admin fee, or you can choose to retain credit for our other events before the end of 2022. 

In the case of your PCR test being positive or if you have symptoms before arrival - we will offer you a 50% refund or you can postpone your ticket to another event at Awakeland before the end of 2022. If you have symptoms, it is better that you don’t come to the event. If you get symptoms during the events - we ask everyone to take responsibility for themselves and each other, we will support you however we can, and will suggest a hotel nearby for you to self isolate. This will be at your own expense. 

Cancellation Policy for treatments

To be considerate of our therapists and to ensure availability for others, please give us 24 hours notice, if you are unable to make your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, or you don’t show up for your appointment, you will be liable for the full payment.
